Due to the current situation, shipping my take longer than expected. If you have any questions about your order, you can email pastelswimwear@gmail.com and we will contact you within 72 hours.

If you live in the Toronto area, pick up may be an option for you. Please email us with your inquiry.

 RETURN POLICY

Pastel Swimwear will happily accept returning items for store credit via gift card. Your gift card will be issued for the full value of your returned suits in USD and will not expire. 

Please Note…

  • Returning items are not eligible for refunds.
  • All orders are subject to 2 business days of processing time before being shipped out.
  • All returns must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed and unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, hygienic sticker is still on etc.)
  • We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Original shipping fees, taxes, and/or Route Shipping Insurance is not eligible to be refunded upon your return.
  • International orders are subject to customs. Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Orders that have been previously placed are unable to be price matched during sale periods.
  • Items purchased at a different location/boutique must be returned at that specific location.
